PAYMENT POLICY
We are a retainer based company. We do not accept insurance - however with each plan - this can be paid annually or semi annually. We do accept cash, debit, and credit card payments.
HEALTH PLANS

There are some health care savings plans that can be accepted.

Insurance is not accepted here - however would be beneficial for labs, imaging, etc.

Medicare/Medicaid - as above, we do not accept these plans here, however in the event a specialist, labs, or imaging are needed, this would be a form of payment they likely accept.
Patient Selection
Each patient (and or spouse, family, etc) will have to undergo a selection process. The location the patient resides in, the medical history, in addition to overview of needs and expectations must be discussed with the physician, staff, and patient so that agreements can be made on each plan of care.
